Trump pledges to protect workers

 Trump pledges to protect workers
US president-elect Donald Trump, in his first speech to supporters since winning the election, has stressed his intention to place priority on national interests.

Trump and vice president-elect Mike Pence visited Cincinnati, Ohio on Thursday.

Trump thanked his supporters and said victory in Ohio helped him win the election. He said the real job starts now, and pledged to protect workers.

Trump is working to form his Cabinet before he takes office on January 20th. He plans to hold rallies in other battleground states as part of his "thank you tour" in the coming weeks.
