Turkish authorities suspect Kurdish separatist militants carried out the twin blasts near a soccer stadium in Istanbul that killed 38 people on Saturday night.
Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus told a local broadcaster that the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK, may have been involved in the attack, but he cannot say anything definite for now.
Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu said on Sunday that the blasts killed 30 police officers, 7 civilians and another person whose identity has yet to be determined. He said 155 others were injured. 13 people have been detained so far.
Turkish government forces have gone on the offensive against the PKK in the south. They have also continued their military campaign against the Islamic State militant group in neighboring Syria.
The 2 groups have repeatedly carried out terrorist attacks in Turkey.
